General

• Tour departure and arrival times are approximate.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.
• All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers.
• Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
• Full payment is required in order to secure a booking.
• Optional activities can be booked in advance and paid on the trip.
• Optional activities are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Cancellation fees

• For day tours:
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure.
  • A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
• For multi-day tours:
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure.
  • A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure.

Children

• Children are not allowed on public tours. A private tour can be arranged for any tour option.
• A child rate will apply to children under the age of 12, and will be charged at 50% of the full ticket price.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
